We present a 140-spin Oscillator Ising Machine IC in 180nm CMOS,
featuring all-to-all connectivity and 10 bits of coupling resolution.
The design introduces a novel pausable oscillator and a limiting technique
that enhance solution quality.
The chip is demonstrated to solve random Ising problems as well as MU-MIMO
detection problems, achieving high-quality solutions.
It occupies an area of 42mm2 and consumes a peak power of 228mW.
