Letter Requests for USCIS

I regularly receive requests from researchers/engineers at companies for letters of support for different types of USCIS applications. While I've written a number of these letters, they have always been for individuals where I am independently familiar with their work. Normally this means I have read a paper they have written before I have been contacted, and almost always it means I have discussed it with them.

Due to the volume of such requests, I am afraid that I am unable to provide a meaningful email response to each request.
